"A colleague recommended the AAT to me and I felt it was the best course to take because I could get exemptions from the foundation stage. When I qualified I became a full member and I feel that it always helps to be able to put the letters MAAT after my name.

"Having that membership has really been a springboard into the more senior levels of accountancy.
