"In the past we have only hired graduates at this centre. However, they weren’t really giving us what we needed as a business, so in 2005 we introduced an AAT Apprenticeship scheme. The AAT was already used on site and we knew that it delivered the skills our staff needed to do their jobs. It’s a great alternative to university where A Level students complete their AAT qualification at the same time as gaining practical experience through working with us."
