Director of Education and Training - Clare Morley

Formerly the AAT?s Director of Professional Development, Clare Morley has many years experience in training and development. She is committed to the concept of learning being at the heart of organisational success, both for the employer and the individual.

An Investors in People UK Recognition Panel member, she is also an advocate of flexible working for staff at all levels.

Prior to working for the AAT, Clare spent time both as an in-house training advisor for a large Australian insurance company and as a recruitment consultant.
