Director of Business Transformation - Tony Ashcroft
Tony Ashcroft has been Director of Business Transformation at the AAT since November 2004, having previously worked in both its Professional Development and Marketing divisions.
The AAT is committed to becoming a customer-centric organisation. As Director of Business Transformation Tony?s main responsibility is to enable the AAT to develop a greater understanding of what AAT members and stakeholders want from the Association.
Having previously worked for Sweet and Maxwell, the Financial Times and as a freelance Marketing Consultant, Tony also has experience in customer service issues, change management, the importance of web management and database quality in the charity and not-for-profit sector.
