AAT wins change management prize
The AAT's recent relocation and new workstyle strategy has been recognised at the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Management Awards 2008, sponsored by Management Today. Nominated as a result of its work with change management consultants, Corpra, the AAT won the best 'Change Management' category, beating ten other short-listed companies (including BP, Centrica and HM Revenue and Customs).
Announced at a gala event on Monday 28 April, the award was made in recognition of the AAT's commitment to establishing new ways of working as part of its move. The judges were particularly impressed by the cost savings, improved efficiency, enhanced staff motivation and increased membership that the organisation has achieved.
The AAT's Chief Executive, Jane Scott Paul, said of the award: ''Corpra opened us up to being more radical and gave us the confidence to go for it. It's great to see that we're receiving recognition and positive feedback on the whole relocation and workstyle strategy.''
In addition, Corpra were also awarded 'Best Small Firm' for their work with the AAT.
