Marketing

The purpose of the Marketing Division is to manage the AAT's brand communications to ensure that the AAT is visible, respected and valued and to recruit and retain student members so as to ensure ongoing growth.

The Marketing Division is split into four sections:

  • Research - provides market and customer insight to help the AAT understand its customers and the business environment in which it operates.
  • Communications - responsible for positioning the AAT as a visible, respected professional body whose qualifications and membership develop relevant and practical accounting skills for life as well as creating an environment where other marketing activities can be more effective.
  • Direct Marketing - contributes to the growth of the AAT by relevant, visible direct marketing, advertising and online communications. It also strives to understand the AAT's customers by developing customer relationships and improving communications in order to increase acquisition and retention.
  • Business Development - contributes to the growth of the AAT by building relationships with employers, centres, schools and other relevant third parties.
