Business Transformation
This team is responsible for the implementation of the Business Transformation Strategy (BTS), and is overseen by Council's Business Transformation Steering Group. The team's work concentrates on various projects aimed at increasing the support for our customers and stakeholders. This means moving services and support online, developing an understanding of our customers' needs and reviewing the AAT's business processes to ensure that they are best able to deliver on these needs.
The key responsibilities of the team are:
- identifying BTS projects;
- agreeing priority areas with the Steering Group;
- managing or delegating BTS projects;
- budgetary control;
- communicating with staff and others on progress;
- managing intergration between the website and the database;
- monitoring IT procurement;
- developing best practice for internal information management, including data quality.
