Corporate Resources
This division provides the underpinning support functions for the Association, including finance, human resources, general office services, computing and facilities management including health and safety.
The key responsibilities of the division are:
Finance
- financial control;
- accounting;
- budgetary control;
Computing
- supporting the Business Transformation Team in its ICT strategy review and implementation;
- network/server maintenance and administration;
- maintenance and administration of the telephone system;
- PC/printer maintenance;
- maintenance and administration of student/member database;
- software support to all AAT staff;
- responsibility for the purchasing of all IT related products (hardware/software);
- maintain up-to-date inventory of all hardware/software;
Human Resources & Administration
- all human resources issues including staffing policies and procedures, compliance with employment legislation, administration and record maintenance and staff learning and development;
- general office support;
- arrangements for meetings and catering.
