Jane Scott Paul
AAT Chief Executive
Jane Scott Paul has been Chief Executive of the AAT since 1997. Under Jane’s leadership, we have grown to an overall membership of 120,000 with an influential voice in the education, training, development and support of accounting technicians worldwide.
Clare Morley
Director of Education and Training
Clare leads the strategic development of the AAT qualifications both in the UK and internationally. She is committed to the concept of learning being at the heart of organisational success, both for the individual and the employer. 
Adam Harper
Director of Professional Development
Adam oversees the development of services and support for members; to maintain the quality and status of AAT membership; and to represent views of the membership working in/and on behalf of UK business.
Andrew Williamson
Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy
Andrew is responsible for strategic marketing and brand development activities. This falls under five key areas of work: web; brand communications; brand strategy; public relations and business development.
Tony Ashcroft
Director of Business Transformation
Tony's main responsibility is to enable the AAT to develop greater online resources. There is a particular focus on e-learning and e-assessment, and producing materials for the membership to access regardless of their geographical location.
Tom Kelman
Director of Business Finance
Tom ensures the AAT has robust financial controls and strategic reporting systems, and works with his executive management colleagues and the AAT governing Council to make sure we deploy our resources appropriately to meet our strategic business plan objectives.
