Andrew Williamson

Andrew Williamson has been Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy at the AAT since August 2008

He is responsible for strategic marketing and brand development activities. This falls under five key areas of work: web; brand communications; brand strategy; public relations and business development. In essence, Andrew’s role is to increase the AAT’s visibility; ensuring the AAT is thought of as an essential professional qualification and membership body.

Prior to the AAT, Andrew was Head of Marketing & Communications at the Science Museum. He has a broad marketing background gained within a variety of sectors including FMCG, financial services, utilities and strategic consultancy. Andrew has a very simple view of marketing, which is the “commercial application of common sense”.
