“I joined the AAT in 2000 and it’s a great organisation. I really love working here - everyone is so helpful and friendly and committed to supporting each other.
As I’ve grown older my personal commitments have changed.  I now have two children and need to balance my work and family life. The AAT allows me to do this – working part time in the morning so that I can pick up my children in the afternoon.  I really do have the best of both worlds.”

“The AAT is a great place to work.  When my daughter was born in 2006, I applied to work compressed hours and work my 35 hours week across four days instead of five.  Not only does this allow my wife to also work but lets me spend a full day with my daughter – just me and her – when we can go swimming or to the park.  Not many Dads have that luxury.

Flexible working is such a great benefit.  A few years ago I was offered a job with another company, offering a lot more money, but I turned it down due to its lack of flexibility.  You just can’t quantify a benefit like that in financial terms – it really is invaluable.”
