Evaluate
In this final phase of the CPD cycle you will:- decide whether your activities have met each learning need in your action plan
- archive your plan once you have completed your evaluation.
Reflection on CPD activities - on progress made, achievements gained, and how they can help you in the real work environment - is a key part of the learning process. It's also the only way you can assess whether you've met your goals and decide what you need to do next.
