Developing Professional Management Skills
Do you want to manage yourself, your time and your work better? Would you like to have a supervisory or management role? Perhaps you have management experience but want to improve your skills further or you run your own business and want to increase proficiency?
If you answered 'yes' to any of those questions, your CPD programme should be structured to optimise the skills required for management.
The DPMS scheme
