- have learned to be more at ease in meetings, and now regularly contribute my opinions and suggestions
- delivered Excel Tips presentation to colleagues ? asked by boss to deliver again to other staff who use Excel
- have achieved better working relationship with Accounts Assistant, including proper delegation and communication
