Books for sale forum

Any chance we could have a forum dedicated to the sale of AAT books?

Posts about books for sale can be a bit annoying for others, especially when they appear on all forums, and there will be somewhere for people who are after the books to look for them.

Hi PP22.

That would be a good idea.

At present the forum rules state:

"Users may not post advertisements for goods or services on the forums".

But seeing as everyone ignores that, a seperate forum would save us have to read them.

Maybe they should change the rule to books and AAT study materials - or anything (in reason) which will help students - are allowed.

A separate forum would def. make a lot of people happy!

If you look at the recent messages, you will see users who have multiple posted books for sale.

I think this would be a good idea as well, that way us students can just go straight to the forum rather than having to search for people selling books.

yes, it does sound like a good idea. I'll need to check with a few people before I can say for certain that it will go ahead, but I'll discuss it and let you know what the decision is here soon

This forum is now available in the forum index. I'll have a quick look and move any existing book posts to that forum.

Thanks Julian. It'll save the annual post-exam cluttering of the forums with books ads. Might be in the market for some technician books myself.
