Hi, I'm having troubles with my own MAS project at the moment, but this might give you some ideas. I've covered the Sales ledger side of the business by starting off with the customers placing an order and the processes that it goes through, from checking the details of the order back to the customer, checking stock availablity, checking customer account status. What happens to the order once it reaches the warehouse. Coding & pricing the order ready to invoice and I've also covered all the credit control i.e chasing late payments and what happens with payments received (chqs, cash, bacs tranfers etc.) I've also mentioned quotations.
