Can't get results???

I have tried to get my results off the website but to no avail... It says my membership number and date of birth don't match?! I have check, double checked and checked again and they are correct! :x I have phoned student services who said they could not give me my results but took an email address to email them to me at some point this afternoon... they couldn't tell me why i couldn't log in though... has anyone else had these difficulties as the guy (who was very very friendly and as helpful as he could be b.t.w) said lots of people were having the same problem. :? :? :?

Yep, they get paid by my training provider and they are all up to date.

I was trying to get them via the website so i didn't need to enter my email address...
