Hi can anyone help?
I have an employee who has been off the last two weeks of a month - we pay mid month 2 week behind and 2 weeks in advance. She is entitled to SSP, but we have no scheme here for sick pay. Can i claim her pay back for the end of the month (which has already been paid in advance before she was off) when she was off sick and replace with SSP?
