hi, can anyone confirm my understanding of pensions through paye.
basic salary then lets say contributions based on a contribution of 10 %
ie basic 1000.00x10%=100/100x78 = 78 deducted from salary to pension,
then is it the same calculation for a high rate tax payer based on same %,ive heard that the difference can be reclaimed, how do you work out the reclaimable amount i know that its something like 60/22/18%
