Anyone else spotted the mistake on the NUS Application Form?

Don't know who designs and checks these things but accuracy isn't a strength.

I sent my form off ages ago and the cheque still hasnt gone out of my account :? I hope it comes soon, I want my discount at pizza hut!

They took my cheque 2 days ago - I sent the form the day after it became available on the NUS site, so I assume it's winging it's way to me...
