Morning all!
So who had snow then?
I'm in Wiltshire and we've had a good few inches over night and it's still going.
I love the snow! :-)

Hi,
I'm in Cumbria and we don't have any. :(
Was kinda hoping it'd have snowed over night and i'd have been snowed in at home today and couldn't come to work, then I could've spent the day doing my AAT work. Yeah right whatever I'd have been playing in the snow :)

First thing this morning they shut my sons school and just before we left they shut my daughters so we are at home playing!!
However as I'm organised and can't afford to lose money, I brought work home with me last night so can still get some accounts done :?
Annette
none! none at all!
as i was leaving home for work though, tiny flakes started to fall. Manchester.
Blackpool - 12 flakes!

Milton Keynes - standstill - all schools closed, trucks and cars parked up and can't move!
Retford had lots of snow but it hasnt disrupted anything!
Same here, Im 25 miles north of Birmingham. Its still snowing though. Had a few inches within two hours this morning.
south of london, could still get to work :( but a few inches of snow
I'm in Coventry and we have had about 6 inches of snow overnight and it is still snowing now, virtually all schools are closed, so I have a little helper today :D
We've had none here. (Here being near Exeter). And we were supposed to get loads today and yesterday!

Still no snow here in Manchester, am doing the snow dance hoping college will be closed tonight, just not in the mood!!!
Nope - none at all in old Manchester! Chelle... where are you? I'm near G-mEx
LOADS in London, and it hasn't stopped! I had to walk most of the way to work though, as the busses packed up - so got in about 30 mins late... Great. They understood, though, of course.
I was sat on a bus 2 years ago for over 2 hours! I got into work at just gone half ten. They had no option but to understand.
Chucking down here again now. Really heavy.
according to the weather forecast, us in Manc Land should have been getting heavyish snow from 12 noon onwards up until 5pm ish... not seen any as yet!
Loads in North-West Essex. Stansted airport is shut, the roads are bad and its still coming down.
Today is my day-release college day. I called my college this morning, and they told me that it would be open. When I got there (after fighting through the snow), I discovered that they meant the buildings and libraries etc were open, but that there would be no classes. Knowing that my Head of Department's hairdressing wife would be colouring my mother's hair today at my house, I knew I couldn't go home without ringing in to the office. I was told it would probably be best to drive home and get a train in to work (I usually come to work by train). I reluctantly agreed, but on the way home suffered a tyre blowout. I called the AA, who fitted my spare, and I was back on my way. I got home, changed into a pinstripe suit and hiking boots (yes, really) and walked the mile or so to the station. Of course the trains are running late today, so I knew I'd be in for a wait. What I didn't take into account was that One Railway would try to 'catch up' with themselves by skipping minor stations on certain trains. Such as the one next to my office. Eventually I arived at the office, a little after twelve noon.

My god - that is dedicaton!!!
OMG I LOVE the Trafford Centre!
Oh why did we have to move? :(
My mum's work used to run the Jacket Potato shop there near the Rainforest Cafe (I'm sorry Mum but I prefer the rainforest) so we used to get discounts in some places :D
Snow in Bristol was pathetic. It looked at 7am this mornning, but stopped at about 8am and was raining by 10am. I was all set for a snowday with the kids, but at least we managed one little snowball fight.
Eva :D
Ipswich (home) was nice and white and snowy but Felixstowe (work) was wet and miserable.
I work in Manchester it was hardly noticed. I did see the 15 flakes that fell earlier on !!!
I've seen the news today about Bedfordshire/Luton virtually grinding to a halt but nothing up here.
Watch this tomorrow we will be snowed in!!
Regards
Steve
Just about to go to work and it is snowing in Bristol. Don't know where this has come from - it was supposed to rain. Time for snowball fights!!!!!!
