View Full Version : Jammy?
I attended one of the award ceremonies last month, BPP were one of the sponsors and had a prize draw going - first prize was an ipod... guess who won!:lol::thumbup1:
I'm just chuffed to win. I never won anything before!
Regards
Dean
It'll be here in the morning :001_tt2:
Unfortunately Dean, BPP use the same couriers as HMRC so your new toy could be a while coming...

Always...!
Still, those two CD's you'll get instead should be worth a bob or two, Dean.

The company rollover bonus ball last year @ £88 - only time I ever played it!
A football signed by the mighty double European cup winning Forest team of 1979/80
Loads of videos, CD's and DVD's
Two Monsters of Rock Donnington tickets in 1985 - YEEEEAAAAAH!!!
Other stuff that I'm now too old to remember - I did hit 40 last month you know.

I went to Monsters of Rock in 1985, the year Iron Maiden headlined if I remember rightly????
Are people allowed to have this sort of rubbish waffle on here? I'm fairly new to the forums and thought that it was to be used for serious questions.

Red Devil - you are right - this is supposed to be for serious things - there is the junk forum for inane conversations like this. Problem is that people get side-tracked and a lot of the conversations on here end up about something totally different to how they started out - just like real life I suppose :001_smile:

Normally a fair point but it's not as if this was ever a serious thread to start with! Blame Dean gloating over his free IPod!!!
Annette - Iron Maiden headlined Donnington in 1988, the year two people were killed in the crowd. Fancy getting a bit nostalgic about our younger years?

I agree with red-devil, this should be moved to the 'Chat' forum.
But until it is..
..It was all about 1991 for me.
Only disappointment was Tommy Lee not bringing his revolving drum kit.
:(
Sorry putting this in the wrong forum! Slapped wrists for me!
Robert, you were right! BPP are chasing the mail today after my little reminder yesterday. You never know those 'cds' might turn up after all!

Dean

Not disputing your bold claim there Dean S, but I decided to do a little research into your age by rooting around in the old forums. In 1991, wouldn't you have been about 12 or 13 at most? What on earth were you doing at such a bad boy festival at such a tender age? :cool2:
Have you got nothing better to do Blobby? Are you disputing that Dean was there?
Ah ha! It arrived today - the ipod that is, not the cds!

Yes, I was 13 (and a half!). Luckily I tagged along with my charitable older brother and his mates. Most of my friends would have been more inclined to see New Kids on the Block!
