Tax Bills

I have had two clients telephone me this week because they have received standard reminders to pay their tax by the 31st January, but have not yet received their bills/statements of account. I have received my copies! Has anyone else experienced this yet?

We received our statements last week but none of our clients have received theirs yet either

Same here too!
I received my clients' statements on the 24th December.
One of my client's wife had received hers (she uses another accountant) but my client hadn't got his!
I was beginning to think it was just my clients :001_unsure:

You do know that if you tick the box on the 64-8 for the agent to receive the statement then one no longer gets sent to the client..

We do tick that box but a lot of our clients still get that statement anyway
