sorry about that i clicked the wrong button someone has advised me to buy an accounting book by frank woods i started the foundation aat in september please can someone tell me which one to by there is a basic one, and also volumes 1 and 2<BR>thanks

For foundation you only need Volume 1<BR><BR>Its Frank Woods Buiness Accounting volume 1<BR><BR>You should be able to buy from your college or WH Smiths sell them!!<BR><BR>Amanda<BR><BR>PS<BR><BR>I have not even opened mine yet and Im doing the foundation exam in 2 weeks! I think this book is only when you need extra help and it not designed to teach you foundation unit by unit!

While I was studying GCSE Accounts I used Frank Woods & Shiela Robinson accounting book all the way through.<BR>It covers book-keeping and accounts, and in mine and others opinions is a fantastic book to help get you through.<BR><BR>I have since bought Franks Woods Business Accounts 1 & 2; while they cover some of what I'm doing on Intermediate now they do go into a lot more finer detail, and I pressume that this will be more helpful when at Technicial Level.<BR>I have scanned book 1, in all honesty I havent even opened book 2 as like I said its going deeper thatn where I'm actually at.<BR><BR>Good luck<BR>Michelle

I found volume 1 had the information covered at foundation and intermediate and vol 2 covered technician. They really are excellent if only that they provide loads of practice and was invaluable for DFS. <BR><BR>Why don't you try ebay, it isn't absolutely essential to get the latest edition and you could save yourself a fortune!<BR><BR>Annette
