Hi<BR><BR>haha...that is the CA (85). <BR><BR>It the guildline in preparing FS. If you look at a set of finalised prepared accounts you will constanly see reference to the CA 85....ie, this report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions of Part Vii of the companies Act 1985 relating to small companies.<BR><BR>With experience you get to know how to comply, and most &quot;PROFESSIONAL&quot; computerised accounts packages automatically conform to this act anyway.<BR><BR>Regards
