Well the essential components of contract law in itself can be quite detailed, and to outline them could take up two / three A4 sheets of paper.

You could do one of two things: use a search engine, or be a little more specific in your query รข?? i.e. when does a contract begin, or what is past consideration.

Hope this helps!

Regards
As a starting point these would more than likely be the areas that you need to research. I think you'll find they form the basis of contractual law.

The formation of a contract: Offer and acceptance, consideration, legal intent, capacity.

The contents of a contract: Incorporation of terms, types of terms within a contract, exemption clauses, privity of contract.

Vitiating factors: Duress and undue influence, misrepresentation, mistake, illegality.

Discharge and remedies: Discharge of a contract, remedies, consumer protection, consumer protection.

Hope this helps

Regards

This is the basic principle of the "SALE OF GOODS ACT" 1979

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 traders must sell goods that are as described and of satisfactory quality. If consumers discover that products do not meet these requirements they can reject them and ask for their money back providing they do so quickly. Alternatively, they can request a repair or replacement or claim compensation.
