Hi all,<BR>Can anyone give any advice regarding the Achieving Personal Effectiveness module?<BR>It seems to be a bit of a nightmare. I'm working in accounts, but how I prove this looks quite difficult.<BR>Any ideas with work based evidence would help. <BR>Cheers<BR>Rosie

I was told by my assessor that this module would be pretty tough, but I've been having supervisory meetings every 2 weeks and with the minutes from these meeting, I should be covering the module quite easily. I'm also putting my PDR towards it aswell, so if you've got anything along those lines then they do help...

I found this unit really easy!! I managed to do the entire unit in on evening just sat with my laptop printing things out.<BR><BR>Just include documents such as<BR><BR>CV<BR>Job Description<BR>Organsation Chart<BR>A personal Statement<BR>Notes on Copyright and data protection, Time Management, deadlines<BR>Copies of To-do-lists<BR>Copies of your Diary<BR>AAT Planners and Timetables<BR>Changes you have made to planners and lists<BR>Office polices on working relationships<BR>Grievance Policies<BR>Development Plans - use your AAT as you gain each unit.<BR>Training courses done with notes (aat is a course!)<BR><BR><BR>Im sure these should get you going!<BR><BR>Amanda<BR>
