<BR><BR>The dates for this yearâ??s branch training programme have been set. More specific details about each event will follow but please use these dates to discuss which committee member will attend each event. The dates are: <BR><BR>Saturday 16th April - National training day<BR>Saturday 2nd July - New committee members' induction day<BR>Fri 30th Sept / Sat 1st October - Branch network training seminar<BR><BR>The induction day is for new committee members and includes various role plays covering best practice in the branch network. Communication skills will be the theme running throughout the year. This is based on feedback from last yearâ??s training seminar and other comments from branch committee members. The one-day event will look at presentation skills and the training seminar will cover inter-personal skills including networking / 1-2-1 communications, listening and questioning. <BR><BR>We hope to see you at some of these events during the year.<BR><BR>Best wishes,<BR>Steven<BR><BR>
