Thank you to everyone who attended the training day in London on Saturday. We hope you enjoyed it and found the sessions useful. It was great to meet you all and equally great to see such a enthusiasm.<BR><BR>Remember, we have two other training events later in the year...<BR><BR>Saturday 2nd July - Committee members' induction day<BR>Fri 30th Sept / Sat 1st October - Branch network training seminar<BR><BR>The induction day covers issues around best practice in the branch network. It is mainly geared towards new committee members but anyone who wants to refresh their skills or pick up some new ideas is also welcome.<BR><BR>The key focus of the training seminar in the Autumn will be inter-personal skills including networking / 1-2-1 communications, listening and questioning. <BR><BR>Thanks again for your input on Saturday.
