Does anyone has any experience of dealing with limited liability partnerships - i have a very small one - two partners and low turnover (well below all the necessary thresholds). What statutory "stuff" do i need to produce? Is it all exactly the same as for a small limited company? I have trawled the web to no avail. Some (marginally) helpful stuff on companies house website, but nothing definitive. Also does the fact that one partner left and another joined midway through the year change the price of bread?

Any help much appreciated.

Claudia
This may come a bit late in the day.
I've been researching LLPs and have amassed a fair bit of information, to be implemented in a future version of our software. Please e-mail me stevecheckley@accountsvision.co.uk if you need any help. I promise I won't try to sell you anything!

Hi
I have recently set up in business as a Limited Liability Partnership and am learning the ropes as I go along.
What exactly do you need to know?
Regards
Siany

Just so everybody knows, my research covers the following:
1. The terms used in a set of LLPs.
2. The pages and sections required by a set of LLP accounts.
3. Any specific disclosures required by an LLP.
I can't promise to know everything but will do my best.

Thanks for your reply Steve
Events have overtaken life as far as my LLP client was concerned - the partnership has folded and a very nice woman at Companies House (and I have her name written down!) has told me that nothing needs to be filed - he he - I am a happy bunny
Many thanks though and if I ever has the misfortune to come across a LLP again i will be in touch!!
Claudia
