Can anyone tell me the significance of this and what it implies, please? I realise the statutory implications of 'Ltd' and 'plc'. Does '& Co' have any, or can it be used liberally?<BR><BR>Many thanks

As far as i am aware there are no statutory implications of & Co - its just something to sound as if you are more than a one man band!
