MyAAT is your gateway to exclusive AAT online benefits. Registration is simple - all you need is your AAT membership number and email address.
Need help logging in to MyAAT?
You need your email address and password to log in to MyAAT. If you have forgotten your password you can get a reminder sent to your email address.
Troubleshooting guide - five step guide
- If you have already logged in or attempted to login, you should click the logout button on the right hand side of the screen. If for any reason the button isn’t there, please type services.aat.org.uk/logout/ into your address bar and press enter.
- This will take you to the logout screen, which asks you to click the logout button that should have appeared to confirm you wish to leave the site.
- Please visit google.co.uk, then clear your browsing history/cache. As there are so many different browsers please visit http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache if you would like a step by step guide to doing this.
- You should then close down your browser completely, not just the tab you are on.
- You can then reopen your browser and visit www.aat.org.uk/myaat to login as normal.
Please note that some services (such as the CPD record) are designed to only be used with Firefox.
