The management of the AAT comprises the Council and the paid staff. The Council is responsible for the strategic direction of the Association and made up of volunteers who are either elected AAT members or people nominated by our sponsoring bodies.
 
The 100 plus staff based at 140 Aldersgate are responsible for the day-to-day running of the AAT. There are six divisions:

Professional
Marketing
Business Transformation
Corporate Resources
