Tax exams and HMRC forms

Those tutors who teach unit 18 (BTC) and/or unit 19 (PTC) will know that the relevant HMRC tax forms for these exams have changed quite substantially in appearance.

We can confirm that the old forms will be assessable at the June 2008 exams. However, the new ones will be assessable for the December 2008 exams. Although exam candidates may be required to use the new forms in the workplace, we feel that it would be unfair to expect tutors to familiarise their students with them in the brief time period between their recent introduction and the June exams. By December we expect this to be less of an issue.
