Trainee Recruitment Service

The AAT’s Trainee Recruitment Service enables candidates to search and apply for AAT trainee positions across the UK. Employers who wish to employ an AAT trainee to support through the AAT qualification can advertise their vacancies on the service for free.

The AAT’s accounting qualification has benefits for candidates and employers alike. The AAT qualification develops an individual’s theoretical knowledge of accounting, and the necessary practical skills, which can be put into action from the very first day.

  • The service is free to use
  • Search the full list of organisations that are currently advertising AAT trainee vacancies
  • Jobs are split by region
  • Users can select ‘preferred regions' to find suitable vacancies within certain geographical areas
  • Candidates receive job alerts via email
