AAT Student registration

What you’ll need

Before you start you'll need to have the following information to hand:

  • Your email address
  • Name of your AAT Approved training provider. If you haven't yet enrolled with a training provider use our online search to find a training provider near you
  • Your Unique Learner Number (ULN) or Scottish Candidate Number (SCN) - this will be provided by your training provider if applicable
  • Valid payment code (from your training provider) or credit/debit card details - we only accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, and Maestro

Start your registration

To register to study an AAT qualification you must enter your email address below and create a password.

Your registration will take approximately 15 minutes.

If you have started this process already, enter your details and resume your registration.

Exception

If you wish to study the Level 2 Diploma in Accounting and Business please download and complete the registration form (PDF). This qualification is for 16-19 yr olds and available at selected training providers only. Please do not complete this form for any other AAT qualification.

We need a unique email to set up your account and send you relevant information and newsletters. It can be a personal or work email, but must not be a shared email. Read our privacy policy

Your password must contain both letters and numbers (at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one number) with no spaces or special characters. It must be at least 8 characters long


By giving us your details, you consent to the use of any data you provide for the purpose of registering with AAT and communication about AAT training and membership. This includes meeting regulatory requirements.
