Assessments Administration Officer (Part time - 21 hours per week) (Closing Date 09.00am Monday 24 July 2017)

As the Assessments Administration Officer, you will have a key role to play in the production of AAT’s online assessments. Your responsibilities will include the management of the contracts for a large number of subject matter experts (SMEs) who are engaged in creating the material for AAT’s online assessments, the tasking of these SMEs and the management of the purchase orders and invoices for the work they deliver to AAT. You will use your skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications, your keen eye for detail and your abilities to manage multiple workstreams effectively to make an important contribution to the efficient running of the AAT’s processes for producing high-quality online assessments.

Assessment Marking Officer (Closing Date 9:00am Monday 31 July 2017)

As the Assessment Marking Officer in AATs busy assessment operations team; you will be responsible for the recruitment of AAT markers. The facilitator for all standardisation meetings and the key person to ensure that the marking and quality assurance for all human marked assessments has been completed by the marking deadline. You will have a high level of presentation skills and excellent customer service skills. The candidate will have a strong focus on building relationships with AAT markers and key stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will also be dealing with the Enquires and Appeals requests that are sent directly from AAT students and Training Providers, you will need to have great attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Management Information and Reporting Support (Closing date, 9am Monday 31 July 2017)

The Management Information Reporting Support function is a key role which brings the requirements of the business right into the centre of the team. You will be key to supporting internal stakeholders on their reporting requirements and for managing the end to end reporting process. Creation and distribution of key weekly and monthly reports will also be required with a keen eye on detail and accuracy.

Senior Web Developer (Closing date 09.00am, 31 July 2017)

The Senior Web Developer To contribute to the delivery of digital projects and to maintain high standards for our online presence, supporting the Online Development Manager in strategically taking AAT’s digital products to the next technical level.

Content Editor (Closing Date 9:00am, Monday 7 August 2017)

The Content Editor sits within the Content team and is responsible for the production of content which inspires, informs and builds trust with AAT amongst external stakeholders, prospective students and our membership. The Content Editor will plan, commission and edit content for our member magazine Accounting Technician and blog AAT Comment. You will have experience commissioning freelancers and subject matter experts, planning content for online and print and developing content for a variety of audiences. You will be innovative in your approach to creating content that showcases the dynamism of the finance industry.
