Areas of your MyAAT dashboard

Accessing your details menu

If you click on your name and membership number in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard, the section expands to allow you to:

  • View your profile and account – click your name and membership number to return to your MyAAT landing page.
  • Edit your details – update personal details and contact preferences or register for more qualifications.
  • Switch your profile view – if you have more than one type of membership e.g. student and AATQB, this switch will change your dashboard view as appropriate.
  • Logout – once you’ve finished in your account, always remember to logout to keep your account secure.

Spotlight cards

  • Your AAT – get started – as you’ll know, this link will bring you to the student welcome area. You can access this anytime you need a refresher.
  • See your progress – this section breaks down your progress on any registered AAT qualifications.
  • Find an assessment venue – AAT assessments are booked directly with an assessment venue. If you don’t have a training provider who arranges your assessments, use this service to find your nearest venue. Top tip: If you have more than one local centre - remember to shop around for the best pricing or availability as this is set by the centre so can vary.

Study support

  • AAT Lifelong Learning Portal – houses all your study support resources; from study planners to practice assessments - the Lifelong Learning Portal has you covered. Our dedicated Lifelong Learning Portal onboarding page will help you jump right in now, or if you prefer to see what else is on offer first, come back to this section later.
  • Excel skills – access over 160 courses for free to become an Excel whiz and impress your colleagues in no time.
  • Join your AAT community – the best place to connect with peers and ask for help from fellow students.
  • Check out Student events to catch up on past recorded student events and register for upcoming student events.
  • AAT Comment is AAT’s blogsphere, full of study support articles, trending news updates, and career advice.
  • Register for more qualifications – once you’ve completed your current course, ensure you register for any more qualifications directly from your MyAAT dashboard so it’s all on the same account.

Assessments and results

  • Your progress – see your assessment progress and much more.
  • Find an assessment venue nearby, to suit your needs - if you don’t have a training provider to do this for you. All you need to do is shop around for your perfect match.
  • Your assessment results are where we upload all your latest results, so you can refer to them anytime. AAT assessment results are normally released within 24 hours or 6 weeks depending on the marking methods. Refer to our assessment FAQs to find out more.
  • Your Statement of achievement is an official document that lists your assessment results. Present this to prospective employers in place of a certificate if one is not available.
  • The grade calculator enables you to see how the assessment(s) in your qualification are weighted percentagewise.
  • Assessment accessibility details what additional support is on offer to support you with AAT assessments should you require it.
  • Enquiries and appeals – a process that allows you to apply for your assessment to be remarked if you’re unhappy with the result.
