AAT event terms and conditions

Booking confirmation

You will receive an automated booking confirmation by email. You should not make any travel or accommodation arrangements until you have received this.

Cancellations 

We will only accept cancellation of a confirmed event booking by email.

If you cancel your place more than 10 days before the start of the event, you'll need to pay an administration fee of 20% of the total cost.

If you cancel your place within 10 days of the event, you'll need to pay the full amount, as funds will have already been committed to the event. However, you can nominate a colleague to take your place at any time; just email us their details.

If we need to cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund any event fees you have paid.

AAT Annual Conference and Training Provider Conference

If you cancel your place more than 30 days before the start of the conference, you'll need to pay an administration fee of 20% of the total cost.

If you cancel your place within 30 days of the conference, you'll need to pay the full amount, as funds will have already been committed to the event. However, you can nominate a colleague to take your place at any time; just email us their details.

Outstanding subscription

If you are an AAT member with outstanding membership fees, we reserve the right to refuse entry to our events until full payment of your subscription has been made. This does not apply to you if you are booking on a training provider event.

Changes to the event programme 

We reserve the right to make changes to the event programme as necessary.

Specific requirements

Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific requirements, such as accessibility or dietary needs.

Personal

We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left, lost or damaged at event venues.​
