Technical issues: you will be unable to use some systems
We're currently experiencing technical issues with our systems. All payment, registration and application services are unavailable, and assessment centres will be unable to manage staff access to services or qualification approvals.
Assessment administration and delivery is also unavailable. EPA Professional Discussions booked for today in SEPA can still take place.
Our support staff are also unable to access customer accounts so will be unable to assist you on the phone if it involves accessing your details.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and we're working towards fixing this as a priority.
Qualifications 2022
It's no longer possible to reinstate or renew AQ2016 student membership, or sit AQ2016 assessments. If you were previously studying an AQ2016 qualification, you can register for the equivalent Q2022 qualification.
