AAT launches new TV advert showcasing eight success stories

The eight AAT members who took part in our summer 2019 TV advert

AAT has this week released new television and radio adverts to be played during the daytime across a range of channels over the next six weeks.

The adverts feature eight people who have studied for their AAT qualifications, all of whom responded to shout-outs published on AAT’s social media channels, and none of whom have ever taken part in filming before.

The case studies used represent a diverse range of inspiring individuals for whom AAT qualifications have been a positive move. This includes school leavers, apprentices, career enhancers and career changers.

One of the eight AAT members who took part was Jay Wilson, who was named Professional Member of the Year at the recent AAT Annual Conference. Jay travelled down from Newcastle to take part in the filming, and said: “Once I arrived it was a really relaxed atmosphere and I felt at ease straight away. I recognised some familiar faces from the AAT Conference so it was nice to catch up with some fellow members.”

Hannah Wright, who is an AAT member and client accountant within the WPP network, said: “It was a brilliant day filming. Everything ran so smoothly, and it was lovely meeting other AAT members and students.”

Filming took place in Clapton, East London, during July 2019, with AAT supported by xfilms (production agency) and Waxmans (advertising agency).
