If there are no training providers based in your country, you can still study AAT via distance-learning providers.
Training packages typically include textbooks, online interactive study resources, and tutor support throughout your studies. You can enquire directly with the distance-learning providers to find out if they deliver international distance learning and exactly what is included.
Sitting your assessments
If you are studying via a distance learning training provider you can sit your assessments at an AAT approved assessment venue. View the full list of international assessment venues (PDF).
If there are no assessment centres in your country, you will have to make arrangements to travel to another country to sit your assessments.
AAT fast track to chartered accountancy
Once you’ve completed the Level 4 Diploma in Accounting (Professional), becoming a chartered accountant is a great next step. A third of all AAT students take this route.
AAT is internationally recognised and offers a fast track route to chartered status with all of the UK's chartered accountancy bodies.
