We regularly check AAT approved training providers to ensure that they meet our rigorous standards. However, occasionally a student member may encounter a problem, or have a complaint that has not been addressed effectively.
How to make a complaint about an AAT training provider
- Talk to your college or training provider - they are there to support you and should be able to address your complaint. If after doing this you are still unsatisfied, you can lodge an official complaint through AAT (see steps 2 and 3).
- Download and read AAT’s complaints and appeals procedure (PDF).
