All employers in Great Britain with more than 250 staff are required by law to publish their gender pay gap information, including pay and bonuses.
At AAT we are proud of our diverse workforce and this is reflected in our gender representation with just over half of our workforce being female.
We are committed to improving gender diversity at senior levels, and in support of this commitment we have set a target of 40% females in senior management by 2022, under the Women in Finance Charter.
We have also recently signed up to the Tech Talent Charter which addresses the severe gender representation imbalance in the technology sector, with only 17% of roles in this field being filled by females.
We have published figures for the year to 5 April 2018, along with the next steps we are taking in order to reduce the gender pay gap.
