Since 2017, all large employers in England, Scotland and Wales – those with at least 250 "relevant" staff – have been required by law to publish data on their gender pay gaps.
AAT is pleased to publish its gender pay gap information, including salaries and bonuses, to the year ending 5 April 2019.
AAT is committed to ensuring gender diversity is improved at senior levels and as such introduced a target of 40% females in senior management by 2022, under the Women in Finance Charter which AAT is a signatory of. AAT is delighted to have achieved this target three years early.
