AAT named in Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For 2017

Competing against 769 companies which applied to take part, the organisation features in the top 100, also achieving the Best Companies one star accreditation status.

AAT is particularly deemed by staff to be a fun place to work, with an 82% positive score, ranked fifth.

Mark Farrar, Chief Executive of AAT, commented:

“This is fantastic recognition of the hard-working and committed staff throughout AAT and the environment in which they work. We place a great deal of emphasis on training and developing our staff, and the results are testament to their feelings that AAT has a strong culture in which employees can thrive.”

This is the seventeenth running of the Sunday Times’ annual listings of the best companies to work for in the UK, with the publication running surveys based on staff satisfaction.

Companies listed are recognised and acknowledged as having excellence in workplace management.
