Change your personal details or communication preferences

Go to the Edit your details page to update your email, password, postal address or communication preferences.

To update your:

  • training provider please call Customer Support on +44 (0)20 3735 2468
  • name please email us a copy of your marriage certificate or deed poll certificate along with your membership number
  • date of birth please email us a copy of your driving licence, passport or birth certificate along with your membership number
  • communication preferences, for example to opt in or out of emails, go to the Edit your details page.

Please use the email address for your MyAAT login and we won't need to confirm your identity.

Reset your password

Follow these instructions to reset your password.

If you're having problems resetting your password call us on +44 (0)20 3735 2468.

Change your name or date of birth

To update your:
