AAT appoints new Executive Director

AAT is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Roberts-Hughes as Executive Director of Strategy and Compliance. This marks the completion of its Executive Leadership Team as the organisation continues to progress the delivery of its 2030 plan, focused on shaping future relevance for the organisation and the profession.
Robert-Hughes’ appointment further reinforces AAT’s commitment to clear purposeful direction and raising professional standards. She joins from senior roles at the Architects Registration Board and the Civil Aviation Authority, where she built a strong track record in effective planning and delivery, regulatory standards, leadership and collaboration within complex sectors.
