AAT enjoys award success at Memcom

AAT has triumphed in the ‘Best Membership Recruitment Campaign’ at the Memcom 2019 Membership Excellence Awards.
The awards celebrate the achievements of professional bodies, associations, charities and the not-for-profit sector throughout the UK. AAT was recognised for its campaign boosting professional member conversion rates at the ceremony, held on Thursday 20 June 2019 at the etc.venues in Bishopsgate, East London.
Elsewhere, Phil Hall, AAT’s Head of Public Affairs and Public Policy, was Highly Commended in the Outstanding Achiever of the Year award, for public affairs campaign successes including scrapping the £10 Christmas bonus and saving the £50 note.
AAT was shortlisted in two further categories at the awards – the Best Magazine for a Professional Association or Membership Organisation (for Accounting Technician magazine) and for Best Public Awareness Campaign or Advancement of a Cause (for its work on skills employers require from new recruits).
