AAT has announced the launch of AAT Future Finance 2020, a two-day learning experience packed with insight, ideas and inspiration for forward thinking-accountants.

AAT Future Finance 2020, to be held at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre on Thursday 18 and Friday 19 June 2020, has been designed to best reflect the needs of both AAT members and the wider accountancy sector.

Created for both new and senior accounting professionals in industry and practice, AAT Future Finance 2020 will host more than 30 sessions across the two days, presented by some of the brightest minds in accounting and finance.

Confirmed speakers at this stage include tax expert Michael Steed (tax expert), Steve Collings (audit and technical partner at Leavitt Walmsley Associates Ltd), and Darren Shirlaw (the Business of Brands Group).

Mark Farrar, CEO of AAT, said:

“Given the digital revolution, the accounting sector is evolving at an increasingly rapid rate. In response to this, we have refreshed and revitalised our Annual Conference for 2020, which is AAT’s 40th year.

“By focusing on growth, insights and the changing role of the accountant – all underpinned by several fantastic speakers – we have created an event that will help those working in practice, running their own practice and working in the sector to adapt and grow their skills.”
