Podcast host Zoe Smith

Podcast host and Key Partner Account Manager at AAT, Zoe Smith said: “I’m excited for listeners to hear our first ever episodes. Our role as a professional body and charity is to ensure access to careers in finance are as open and as accessible as possible. That means supporting people at every stage of their careers to take their own path and build success on their terms. Careers – and ambition – are very personal and individual things, that’s why we’ve called the podcasts ‘Balancing ambition’. No two career journeys are the same, and I hope these podcasts really do help people on their journey – whatever that might look like.“

Balancing ambition and Balancing ambition for students is now live on all major podcast platforms.
